Description of ServiceThe Disability Advocacy Program (DAP) is a part of the PA Department of Human Services. It was established in PA in 1985 in response to the need to assist mentally or physically disabled adults and children to apply for and receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) Benefits to which they may be entitled.
