Description of ServiceThe Critical Customer Care Program helps Met-Ed customers --for whom an electrical service interruption could be immediately life threatening, or would make operation of necessary medical or life supporting equipment impossible or impractical -- prepare for planned and unplanned power outages.

Hours of Operation Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, 800 numbers operate 24 hrs/7 days a week, and voicemessaging.
